Poor Rovert Bellhump! He just bought a swell new house on the cheap and can't figure out why. Well, maybe it has something to do with the fact that Count Dracula's castle, Hasslevania, is right next door! For you see, tonight is the 100th year that Drac awakens from his last defeat at the hands of the famous line of vampire killers. All Rovert wants is some peace and quiet, but who can sleep with all the racket next door? (Evilness in general is REALLY noisy, after all.)
